As Creative Lead, I oversaw the visual and strategic direction of multiple campaigns, managing a team of designers, writers, and video editors. I was also hands-on — designing key assets and directing original photoshoots and video content for social media.
One of the main challenges was balancing the needs of a local audience with the brand’s global guidelines. Over time, our consistent results led to a major milestone: we became the first agency authorized to produce local content, with exclusive photoshoots and videos made outside the global headquarters.
